Scope of Work; The City of St. Francis, MN (Owner) seeks proposal responses for soil testing and site observation for Earthwork, Aggregates, Soils Compaction at Building Addition Footings (in-situ), Bolting Inspections, Wood Shear Walls, Reinforcing Steel, Concrete Samples, Post Installation Anchors (ICC-ES Report), Structural Steel, Barrier Behind EIFS, and as outlined per the MN Special Structural Testing and Inspection Program Schedule.
