The City is seeking RFP's for the demolition of property cleanup of a single-family home, two detached garages and a tree-house. This demolition is taking place under a court order. Contractors are asked to submit a RFP no later than November 30th. Communication during this demolition is important as the City does not own the property. Parties looking to access the site must set up an appointment with City no less than 24 hours in advance. Please review the Asbestos and Regulated Waste Assessment.
