In-Person Absentee Voting
Primary Election:
St. Francis residents may vote in-person absentee at the St. Francis City Hall or the Anoka County Government Center. Voting at St. Francis City Hall can be done from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday and Friday from 7:30 am -10:30 am.
General Election:
St. Francis residents may vote in-person absentee at the St. Francis City Hall or the Anoka County Government Center. Voting at St. Francis City Hall can be done from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday and Friday from 7:30 am - 10:30 am.
You may also vote absentee via U.S. mail by contacting Anoka County Elections for an application at 763-324-1300 or requesting an application on-line from the Minnesota Secretary of State’s website (www.sos.state.mn.us).
